Amid the sunlit waterways of the Mekong Delta, Galaxy Connect Teambuilding 2026 set the stage for an energizing “Beyond All Limits” journey. Let’s look back at the memorable moments where team spirit, stronger connections, and the drive to break through were fueled by every shared experience.
Starting at Thoi Son Islet, the journey eased into a slower rhythm amid the peaceful riverside scenery. Over warm cups of tea and the rustic melodies of “Đờn ca tài tử” (Southern Vietnamese folk music), members had the chance to unwind, share stories, and connect beyond their familiar roles at work.
The energy picked up as the journey continued through the Mekong Delta. As the boat reached Phung Islet, Galaxy Connect was ready to go all in. Leaving work routines and departmental boundaries behind, all 128 members quickly came together as one team, taking on a series of physical challenges with energy, determination, and a drive to break through.
Team chemistry came alive in every synchronized step, every helping hand, and every well-coordinated move. Each challenge demanded more than endurance – it called for trust, mutual support, and seamless teamwork, allowing every individual to play to their strengths while working toward a shared goal.
The excitement continued at the warm and lively Gala Lunch, filled with spontaneous performances and fun-packed stage games – a chance for Galaxy Connect’s stars to showcase their talents, creativity, and unique personalities.
One of the most meaningful and memorable moments of the program was the Outstanding Individuals & Teams Recognition, where Galaxy Connect’s Leadership Team presented awards in recognition of the team’s dedication and contributions. Outstanding Employees of Q3/2026 were also honored for exceeding their KPI targets and making meaningful contributions to the team’s overall performance.

A special moment followed as Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hiep – Director of Customer Service Center, HDBank, and coach of the Manager As Coach program, presented certificates of completion to Galaxy Connect’s Team Leaders and QC team, marking another step forward in strengthening their capabilities to lead, coach, and develop their teams.
