As the month-long journey of Vietnam AI Open Hackathon 2026 comes to a close, Galaxy Holdings leaves behind a series of notable milestones, contributing to the advancement of innovation and the growing AI ecosystem in Vietnam.
Organized by NVIDIA with sponsorship from Sovico Group, Vietnam AI Hackathon 2026 brought together AI experts, enterprises, and development teams from across the country to identify and develop practical AI-driven solutions for business and societal challenges. Through its participation, Galaxy Holdings, alongside fellow Sovico ecosystem members including Vietjet and Menas, demonstrated a strong commitment to accelerating digital transformation and fostering innovation powered by artificial intelligence.
One of Galaxy Holdings’ key highlights at the event was the participation of Mr. Do Vuong Phong, CEO of Galaxy Technology Services (GTS), as a member of the judging panel. From the Vietnam Agentic AI Bootcamp (May 18–22, 2026) through to the Vietnam AI Open Hackathon 2026 (June 9–12, 2026) held in Da Nang, Mr. Phong played an active role in evaluating submissions, selecting the most promising teams for the final round, and recognizing the season’s most outstanding AI solutions.

Notably, Galaxy Technology Services also entered the competition with its own team, Galaxy SkyPlatform – SkyAgent, comprising five members. The team’s project, titled “AI Agent Infrastructure & Airline Ticket Liquidity (NFT/Stablecoin)”, focused on leveraging AI technologies to optimize airline ticket supply chains and enhance operational efficiency within the aviation industry.

Mr. Cao Phan, AI Product Owner, presented the “AI Agent Infrastructure & Airline Ticket Liquidity (NFT/Stablecoin)” solution on behalf of the Galaxy SkyPlatform – SkyAgent team
The proposed solution introduces a next-generation liquidity infrastructure in which unused airline tickets can be tokenized as NFTs on the SkyLedger platform, traded through SkyTrade, and settled via the CST stablecoin for B2B transactions. Within the SkyLedger ecosystem, the SkyAgent AI Agent framework is deployed to support operations, automate workflows, and optimize transaction activities. The solution is built on NVIDIA H200 infrastructure and NVIDIA NIM, combined with next-generation large language models (LLMs) to create an intelligent, scalable, and highly adaptable operational ecosystem capable of supporting the future needs of the aviation industry.

The Sovico delegation was represented by four competing teams: Vietjet – ICT, Vietjet – AMO, Menas/Furama, and Galaxy Holdings, alongside Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Cường, Director of Technology Development & Digital Transformation at Sovico Group, and Mr. Đỗ Vương Phong, CEO of Galaxy Technology Services
Galaxy Holdings’ presence at Vietnam AI Hackathon 2026 showcased not only the technological capabilities of its team but also its unwavering commitment to innovation. From supporting and mentoring participants, to contributing expert leadership through the judging panel, and ultimately developing and presenting its own AI-powered solution, Galaxy Holdings demonstrated a comprehensive and hands-on approach to driving innovation.
Through these efforts, Galaxy Holdings continues to reinforce its vision of leveraging technology as a catalyst for growth, creating new value for businesses, customers, and communities while contributing to the advancement of Vietnam’s digital future.
