Taking place over three days from April 25 to 27, 2024, Future Expo is hosted at the Galaxy Innovation Hub – an innovation center developed and invested by HDBank. This year’s Future Expo brings together numerous international brands with unique technology solutions, accompanied by attractive offers for event attendees.
This venue serves as a bridge for creative ideas, supporting startups and technology enterprises, contributing to building an independent and self-sustaining economy for Ho Chi Minh City. It promises to be an ideal destination for many projects, global tech corporations, and investors from multinational groups.
Located in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), home to manufacturing plants, research facilities, and product development centers of leading global technology corporations, Galaxy Innovation Hub plays a pivotal role in connecting knowledge and culture, fostering networks among educational, scientific, and technological institutions within the surrounding ecosystem.
Held right in the main hall of Galaxy Innovation Hub, Future Expo features booths from global tech giants such as Microsoft, Google, Samsung, TikTok, as well as leading Vietnamese brands like HDBank and Vietjet Air. The event offers a technology-filled space with automated robots distributing flyers, holographic models, and especially interactive zones showcasing AI solutions applied in various real-life sectors.
Smart AI system developed by Google and HDBank
For example, at the Google AI and HDBank booth, the tech giant introduces a series of applications co-developed by both parties, including:
- First is the AI Chatbot integrated directly into HDBank’s website, capable of answering all user inquiries such as card services, deposit products, insurance, and e-banking. This feature helps users save time searching for information and navigating the website, as chatbot responses include direct links to the relevant pages.
- Google and HDBank have also collaborated to build an AI-powered emergency call center to assist users in urgent situations such as remote card locking. Notably, the demo version showcased at the event can fully understand and communicate in Vietnamese.
Vietjet Air introduces 02 useful apps with attractive promotions
Additionally, Vietjet Air brings two brand-new applications to the event, accompanied by exclusive promotions for attendees. The Vietjet Air app is an all-in-one solution allowing users to book flights with special offers, check-in online, order in-flight meals via E-Menu, and shop duty-free directly through the app. At this event, Vietjet also launches the SkyJoy app, a loyalty platform enabling customers to earn points when using services from Vietjet and its ecosystem partners such as HDBank, Viettel, and Highland Coffee.
Samsung Introduces Online Store with Countless Deals
Unlike other brands, Samsung offers attendees unbeatable deals through its Samsung Online Store. Specifically, participants will receive an exclusive discount code to shop all products available on Samsung’s online store, with home delivery included.
Future Expo will continue to run from April 25 to 27 at Galaxy Innovation Hub, recently completed with investment from HDBank, located on D1 Boulevard in Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
