The Galaxy of Innovation 2025 technology event, held at Galaxy Innovation Hub, concluded successfully with participation from hundreds of delegates, experts, and domestic and international partners. The program delivered a large-scale technology – innovation festival, where pioneering trends such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Assets, Cybersecurity, and Technology Startups converged.
Galaxy of Innovation is an event within the framework of the Autumn Economic Forum 2025, organized by Sovico Group along with units including HDBank, Vietjet Air, Galaxy Holdings, Vikki, HUTECH University, Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association, Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR)… with the participation of numerous leading Vietnamese and international partners and communities.
Galaxy Connecting Day – Unleashing the Power of AI and Blockchain
The highlight of the event was a series of inspiring Keynotes, where representatives from many corporations and technology organizations in Vietnam and internationally such as Tether, Superteam, Nami Foundation, HTV Venture shared stories, real case studies about AI and Blockchain applications in operations, Stablecoin trends, digital assets… Alongside this, in-depth discussion sessions with two topics “Unleashing the Power of AI & Blockchain – From Strategy to Action” and “Digital Assets and Innovation in Asia-Pacific” gathered experts from HDBank, Vietjet, VNG Corporation, AWS, Sumsub, UnionPay, Superteam, HydraX… bringing multidimensional perspectives and practical solutions for Vietnamese businesses.
In particular, Galaxy Holdings and important partners such as HUTECH University, Tether, Huawei, Sunwah, Superteam signed cooperation agreements, opening opportunities to develop Blockchain – AI human resources, connect the global ecosystem, and promote startup – technology programs in the future.
HDBank Hackathon 2025 – Breakthrough Playground for Tech Sevvy Youth
HDBank Hackathon 2025 – the breakthrough playground for tech youth – concluded impressively, with participation from 100 contestants from many universities, startups, and the technology community. After many intense competition rounds, the Top 6 outstanding teams entered the pitching round, bringing creative ideas in applying AI and Blockchain. In particular, this year’s competition added a CyberSecurity topic, designed to challenge security capabilities in the context of increasingly explosive AI and Blockchain technology. The winning team of this category left many impressions when excellently discovering serious vulnerabilities on Galaxy One’s simulation system, overcoming a series of stringent challenges and proving their mettle in cybersecurity.
Within the program framework, the Organizing Committee and sponsors LeanCare, AWS, Vietjet Air awarded many subsidiary prizes to encourage and support teams to continue developing their projects after the competition. In the final results, official awards were announced for two categories: Emerging Track (for students) – celebrating young talents with breakthrough technology ideas; and Scaling Track (for experienced teams) – honoring startups and potential project groups possessing products with strong scalability potential in practice.
Innovation & Creativity Exhibition
Additionally, the event made a strong impression with the innovation and creativity exhibition, gathering over 40 unique technology booths and experience stands, giant robots, virtual reality mini-games… creating an extremely lively and vibrant atmosphere at Galaxy Innovation Hub – Vietnam’s first smart building to achieve international SPIRE certification, currently attracting many multinational technology corporations to cooperate and serving as a bridge for the innovation, startup, and digital economic development ecosystem in Ho Chi Minh City.
A special highlight within the Galaxy Innovation Hub campus is the Mena Tap & Go automated store, a pioneering model in Vietnam applying smart retail technology, with a customer journey – from customer recognition, product recognition, real-time shopping cart updates, to payment… all operated completely automatically through artificial intelligence application. Here, Galaxy Pay – a member unit of Galaxy Holdings’ Digital Ecosystem, is introduced as the unit providing and deploying the first E-wallet accepting payment for all Mena Tap & Go stores, bringing cashless shopping experiences, optimizing convenience and clearly demonstrating smart consumption trends in the digital era.
Galaxy of Innovation 2025 has concluded, but the innovation journey continues to open up with many opportunities ahead. The event not only affirms the pioneering role of Vietnamese businesses and high-quality workforce in the digital era but also lays a solid foundation for the technology community to build the future together.
