On the morning of July 2, 2026, FinOS, a member of the Galaxy Holdings Digital Ecosystem, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Victoria School, marking a significant milestone in the school’s digital transformation journey and the development of its Smart School model.

Through this partnership, FinOS and Victoria School will collaborate to integrate advanced digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into school governance, operations, and parent-school engagement. The initiative aims to enhance educational quality while delivering a more connected, efficient, and future-ready learning experience.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mark Tappin, CTO of Victoria School System, shared:
