From a single touchpoint to a digital journey: Galaxy Holdings brings technology closer to everyday life

In celebration of National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, Galaxy Holdings continues to reaffirm its commitment to building a digital society through practical initiatives such as Digital Citizen Stations and the Digital Literacy for All program. From facilitating access to digital services to promoting digital knowledge and skills, Galaxy Holdings and the Sovico ecosystem are working together to bring technology closer to everyday life, contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable digital future.

Digital transformation driven by real-life needs

National digital transformation is measured not only by advancements in technological infrastructure or the number of digital platforms, but more importantly, by how effectively technological innovations are integrated into everyday life, enabling people to easily access, use, and benefit from digital services.

Driven by the aspiration to improve people’s lives in the digital era, Galaxy Holdings – the Digital Technology, Data, and AI Corporation of Sovico Group – actively supports digital transformation programs by connecting technological resources, businesses, and educational institutions.

On September 25, 2026, at the Launch Ceremony of the New Journey of Victoria Hoa Binh University, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) and Sovico further advanced their strategic cooperation through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement focuses on key initiatives, including Digital Citizen Stations, Digital Literacy for All, human resource development, research and application of emerging technologies, and other digital transformation initiatives.

Among these, Digital Citizen Stations and Digital Literacy for All are two notable recent initiatives addressing two essential needs: making digital services more accessible and empowering citizens with the skills and knowledge to confidently navigate the digital world.

Digital Citizen Stations: One touchpoint, multiple digital services

Developed around a “one-touchpoint” model, Digital Citizen Stations aim to bring essential digital services closer to citizens, particularly within residential communities.

Instead of navigating multiple government agencies or digital platforms, citizens can access a range of integrated services at a single station, including online public services, digital healthcare, public safety and security, transportation, financial services, and everyday community utilities. The integration of VNeID and chip-based citizen identity cards supports identity verification, making it more convenient for people to access these services.

The Digital Citizen Station model is being implemented, with plans for expansion under consideration across various localities. In Ho Chi Minh City alone, the project aims to establish 100 stations in 2026 and at least 168 stations by the end of Q2 2027, working toward a minimum of one service point in every ward, commune, and special administrative zone.

Beyond expanding its scale, the core value of Digital Citizen Stations lies in bridging the gap between the availability of digital services and citizens’ ability to use them in practice, while helping reduce pressure on traditional public administrative service centers.

Digital Literacy for All: Expanding digital knowledge and empowering digital citizens

While Digital Citizen Stations make digital services more accessible, Digital Literacy for All equips people with the knowledge and skills to confidently use, adapt to, and master technology.

Supporting the program, Galaxy Holdings and the Sovico Group ecosystem contribute educational content and digital skills training for communities, while connecting resources from businesses and educational institutions.

On September 25, 2026, the dedicated learning space of Victoria Hoa Binh University and the Sovico ecosystem on the Digital Literacy for All Platform was officially launched at galaxy.binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn, together with its first courses.

A notable feature of the Digital Literacy for All Platform is its integration with VNeID for login and identity verification, allowing learners to use a unified digital identity without creating a separate account. In the long term, this integration is also expected to support learner verification, training, assessment, and digital skills certification, gradually establishing a learning journey linked to each citizen’s digital identity. Through this approach, Digital Literacy for All not only expands access to knowledge but also contributes to developing a digitally skilled workforce, a key foundation for advancing comprehensive digital transformation.

Connecting technology, creating meaningful digital impact

From Digital Citizen Stations to Digital Literacy for All, both initiatives share a common principle: putting people at the center and translating technology into practical value for everyday life.

One initiative brings digital services closer to citizens, while the other promotes digital literacy, empowering people to participate confidently in the digital environment. These complementary approaches help lay the foundation for a more proactive, connected, and digitally empowered community.

In celebration of National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, Galaxy Holdings believes that the true value of technology lies not only in the solutions created, but also in empowering every citizen to access, use, and confidently embrace the opportunities of the digital age.
