As Director of Partner Relations at Galaxy Connect, Ms. Tuyet Van believes that building connections goes beyond maintaining communication or expanding professional networks. Rather than limiting the Trade Union’s presence to employee engagement activities, she and her team focus on building trust through practical actions: listening to diverse perspectives, ensuring policy transparency, and facilitating direct dialogue so that employees’ concerns and aspirations are acknowledged and addressed.
