Some trips are remembered for the places we visit. Others become truly special because of the people who share the journey with us. Galaxy Holdings’ Teambuilding 2026, themed “Greater Together,” was one of those journeys.
Stepping away from plans, lines of code, and the fast pace of everyday work, our Galaxy Troopers came together to write a new chapter on the sun-kissed shores of Mui Ne. There, departments and titles faded into the background. What remained were hands held tight, voices cheering in unison, and a “Work hard! Play harder!” spirit that burned even brighter than the summer sun.
Every challenge on the sand was more than just a game; it was a test of teamwork and coordination. What stayed with us most was not which team crossed the finish line first, but the moments when we stopped to wait for a teammate, worked together to overcome an obstacle, and celebrated as one when the whole team finally made it across.
“Greater Together,” therefore, was more than the name of the journey. It reflects Galaxy Holdings’ belief in the power of collective strength: every individual brings something unique to the table, and when those differences come together toward a shared goal, we can create something greater.
While the beach activities brought an incredible burst of energy, the Greater Together Gala Dinner gave the Galaxy family a moment to slow down, reconnect, and reflect on the milestones made possible by the very people gathered in the room.
The recognition ceremony became one of the Gala’s most meaningful moments. Outstanding projects, dedicated individuals, and contributions that often happened quietly behind the scenes were brought into the spotlight — a heartfelt thank-you to the efforts that have helped move Galaxy Holdings forward.
Amid the vibrant atmosphere of the Gala, Galaxy Holdings’ official fifth-anniversary celebration became one of the night’s most emotional highlights. The five-year milestone was a powerful reflection of the “Greater Together” spirit. From laying the very first foundations to overcoming challenges and creating milestones we can all be proud of, we have come this far together. The clinking of glasses and bright smiles in that moment carried a shared promise: the past five years are only the beginning, and our collective strength will continue to take Galaxy Holdings even further in the journeys ahead.
The stage quickly came alive again with homegrown performances by Galaxy talents, the anticipation of the Lucky Draw, and laughter shared among colleagues. Beyond their everyday roles at work, everyone had the chance to reveal another side of themselves — more relaxed, more colorful, and full of energy.
Corporate culture does not live only in values written on paper. It comes to life in the way people collaborate when work calls for an extra push, in the way teammates cheer each other on during a challenge, and in the applause that fills the room when someone’s name is called.
At Galaxy Holdings, that spirit is nurtured through the moments when every Galaxy Trooper feels recognized, feels that they belong, and has the opportunity to become part of something greater than themselves.
The Greater Together 2026 journey may have come to an end, but the laughter, the embraces, and the moments when we gave it our all together will surely stay with us.
