Responsibilities and Duties:
- Day-to-day project execution and timeline management.
- Coordination between all three squads and language barrier mitigation.
- Project governance, reporting, and milestone tracking.
- Resource planning and team capacity management.
- Issue resolution and escalation to Project Director.
- Stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation.
- Quality assurance oversight for all deliverables.
Your skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- From about 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or digital projects.
- About 3 years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master.
- Good command of English (ability to work directly with Global Client).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
- Strong skills in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in project tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
