Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze requirement and clarify to create plan/design/testcase in Japanese
- Meeting with customer to report status daily, issues and verify requirement
- Contact directly with Japanese customer via Teams, Viber, Confluence v.v…
- Open, verify report, track, and monitor bug/defects in the defect tracking system
- Work closely with the development team to develop, maintain and execute manual test cases.
Qualifications:
- From 4 years of working experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Have experience in creating testcase, test spec.
- Strong English proficiency is a must, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration with global teams.
- Basic Japanese skills (around N4–N5 level) are a plus but not required.
- Have experience working with Japanese customer or Japanese market.
- Carefulness and logical thinking.
- Be able to learn/self-investigate new knowledge.
- Good knowledge of software testing process and testing methodologies.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be able to learn/self-investigate new knowledge.
- Basic knowledge about programming languages, databases, web technology.
- Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments.
- Carefulness and logical thinking.
- Good at Time management.
