Job Descriptions:
Design and implement a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM/HCM) system for the SOVICO Group with tens of thousands of employees across multiple industries, including aviation, banking, technology, real estate, and hospitality. Build a digital HR platform covering recruitment, workforce management, payroll & attendance, talent development, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on HR Digital Transformation strategy for the SOVICO Group, including current-state assessment, gap identification, and development of a unified HRM implementation roadmap
- Design Solution Architecture for the HCM platform, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, and Succession Planning
- Implement and customize HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or custom-built solutions) for multi-entity and multi-industry organizations
- Design and implement Payroll Engine compliant with Vietnam Labor Law regulations, including Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and industry-specific allowances (aviation, banking)
- Build an integrated Recruitment Platform, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), career portal, AI-powered candidate screening, and onboarding workflow
- Design Performance Management systems, including OKR/KPI frameworks, 360-degree feedback, and continuous performance tracking
- Build Learning Management System (LMS) and Talent Development programs, including skill matrix, career path, and succession planning
- Integrate HRM with other systems such as ERP (Finance/Payroll), Access Control, Employee Self-Service Portal, and BI/Analytics
- Build HR Analytics & Dashboards, including headcount, turnover, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and employee engagement metrics
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the HRIS/HCM field, including at least 4 years in an HCM Solution Architect/Lead Consultant role
- Deep expertise in at least one HCM platform: SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR
- Experience implementing HRM systems for large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) or multi-entity/multi-country environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law regulations, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and industry-specific regulations
- Experience with Payroll system design, including gross-to-net calculation, statutory compliance, and multi-entity payroll consolidation
- Experience integrating HRM systems with SSO, directory services (AD/LDAP), biometric devices, ERP systems, and employee portals
- Skills in business analysis, process mapping (BPMN), and change management for HR transformation projects
- Good English communication skills (for working with vendors and technical documentation)
Preferred Qualifications/ Advantages:

- Experience implementing HRM systems for aviation, banking, or diversified conglomerates
- Understanding of People Analytics, including predictive attrition models, workforce planning, and compensation benchmarking
- Experience with Employee Experience platforms and HR chatbots
