CRM and MarTech Specialist

About the company:

Galaxy Joy: The unit responsible for developing and operating the Sky Joy loyalty alliance program for member companies within Sovico Group, while expanding an integrated ecosystem through strategic partnerships in Vietnam and globally.

We are building and operating a data platform that powers a multi-partner loyalty ecosystem spanning banking, airline, fintech, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Tracking & Data Foundation

  • Build and maintain the Master Event Tracking Plan, including defining event names, property schemas, and acceptance criteria for App (iOS/Android), Web, and Game modules.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to validate SDK outputs before each release; conduct regular data quality audits to identify missing events, incorrect parameters, and duplicate profiles.
  • Manage the lifecycle of User Attributes on MoEngage, including setting/updating/unsetting attributes and configuring Computed Traits (RFM Score, LTV, AOV, Engagement Score) to support segmentation.

Segmentation & Lifecycle Strategy

  • Develop a multi-layer segmentation system based on RFM and behavioral signals, including New Users, Active High-Value, At-Risk, Dormant, and Champions segments.
  • Design dedicated lifecycle journeys for each milestone, including Onboarding D0–D7, Activation, Retention, and Winback.

Campaign Automation & Execution

  • Execute and manage multi-channel campaign automation on MoEngage, including Push Notifications (iOS/Android/Web), Email, In-App Messages, On-site Messages, Cards, and SMS.
  • Integrate deep links and Adjust tracking links into 100% of campaigns to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Manage suppression lists, frequency capping, and unsubscribe policies to optimize user experience.

Testing & Analytics

  • Conduct at least 02 A/B tests per month to evaluate content, timing, channels, and segments while ensuring statistically significant sample sizes.
  • Analyze Funnels, Retention Cohorts (D1/D7/D30), and Path Analysis to identify drop-off points and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare CRM Performance Dashboard reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Growth and Marketing / CRM and MarTech Lead.

Job requirements:

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 03 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with MoEngage or equivalent platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or CleverTap.
  • Experience in writing or reviewing event tracking specifications and collaborating directly with Development teams to validate data accuracy.
  • Proficient in managing multi-channel automation campaigns, including Push Notifications, Email, and In-App Messages.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation strategies and RFM modeling.
  • Solid understanding of proper A/B testing methodologies, including hypothesis creation, sample size validation, and success metrics definition.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis purposes.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Loyalty, Travel, or Fintech applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Jinja/Liquid templating.
  • Experience working with Adjust or AppsFlyer.
  • Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members is preferred.
