Job Descriptions:
Galaxy Joy: The unit responsible for developing and operating the Sky Joy loyalty alliance program for member companies within Sovico Group, while expanding an integrated ecosystem through strategic partnerships in Vietnam and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Leadership & Governance
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Design organizational structure and lead workforce planning initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop the HR team.
- Set KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of HR functions.
- Establish and standardize HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute company-wide recruitment strategies.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure timely and high-quality hiring to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.
3. Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards frameworks.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Monitor and optimize HR cost efficiency.
4. HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and departments.
- Advise and support management on:
+ Performance management
+ Employee relations
+ Disciplinary actions and labor dispute resolution
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
5. Organizational Development & Talent Management
- Lead organizational development (OD) initiatives.
- Develop competency frameworks and career pathways.
- Design and implement learning and development (L&D) programs.
- Drive succession planning and talent development strategies.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and internal regulations.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience managing multiple HR functions (TA, C&B, HRBP, L&D, etc.).
- Experience in fast-paced industries (e.g., Technology, Finance, Loyalty) is a plus.
2. Functional Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and organizational management.
3. Skills & Capabilities
- Proficient in English: TOEIC 500 or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Strategic thinking and business partnering capability.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
