Position Overview:
Support the Sovico Group Cloud Project through discovery, planning, RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, funding approval, and implementation preparation. Work closely with the Program Lead, architects, technology leaders, SMEs, and external advisors to transform discussions into requirements, decisions, documentation, and actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
- Maintain requirements, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and decision logs.
- Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, RFP preparation, and vendor evaluations.
- Prepare meeting summaries, presentations, reports, and executive materials.
- Coordinate follow-ups and track actions across participating teams.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- 3-8 years as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, cloud, data, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
Language Requirements
- Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written) required.
- Strong English required, with emphasis on written communication.
- Comfortable reviewing technical/vendor documentation and producing bilingual project artifacts.
- Comfortable participating in bilingual meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Success Measures (First 6 Months)
- Requirements repository established and maintained.
- Project documentation, decision logs, and action tracking consistently updated.
- Business case, RFP, and vendor evaluation activities successfully supported.
- Project information organized to support executive and steering committee reviews.
