In early June 2022, Vina Đại Phước officially partnered with Galaxy One to deploy the Resident App version 1 platform with 2 features, including: Resident Management (SwanBay) with features: Supermarket, payment, repair requests, library… and Ferry Ticket Booking (SwanBay Boat): Ferry search, Ticket booking, Ticket management, Departure time notifications…
Resident App is an online interaction application between residents and real estate management enterprises. The platform integrates many smart utility management features, connects diverse products and services inside and outside the Sovico Group ecosystem, creating new customer experiences.
Through this platform, over 2.345 apartments have been centrally managed on the system at SwanBay, and over 5.000 residents have been supported with daily living activities promptly and quickly. This creates a competitive advantage for SwanBay compared to other urban areas in the same market segment, becoming a place with ideal living space and interesting experiences.
Vina Đại Phước is known as the investor of a series of renowned real estate projects in Vietnam, of which the SwanBay project is considered the “Pearl of Saigon’s Far East” and is a high-end urban area for the elite. Notably, this is one of Galaxy One’s key technology projects with Vina Đại Phước. Previously, GalaxyOne has also successfully deployed Resident Management Systems for 2 other Urban Areas: Dragon City and Mailand Hanoi (Splendora) of Phú Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
