Closing August with many memorable milestones, Galaxy Townhall Q3/2025 – held on August 28, 2025 – brought an atmosphere overflowing with energy, trust, and inspiration to all Galaxy Troopers on their journey building a digital future together.
As a distinctive cultural characteristic of Galaxy Holdings, the Galaxy Townhall series is regularly organized to connect Leadership with employees, creating open, transparent dialogue spaces, and sharing the Group’s strategic direction. This event was not only an opportunity to review Q3 achievements but also marked the beginning of a new administration, opening positive changes in HR policies and career development roadmaps for Galaxy Troopers.
One standout highlight at the program was honoring Galaxy Holdings at the “HR Asia Awards – Best Companies to Work for in Asia,” confirming the Group’s commitment to building a safe, professional, humanistic, and sustainable work environment. The award is not only a collective source of pride but also gratitude sent to all employees who have accompanied and contributed to Galaxy Holdings’ development journey.
The event also announced results of the 2025 Pulse Survey – with participation from 453 employees, recording 98% positive feedback, reflecting high satisfaction levels regarding work environment, policies, and the Group’s development direction.
Additionally, the CxO Talk session – a direct and multifaceted dialogue between Galaxy Holdings’ Chairman and CEO and leadership of member companies – became the program’s centerpiece. With an open, frank, and listening spirit, employee questions and feedback received direct responses, clearly demonstrating the culture of Transparency and connection between leadership and team – the foundation for a “great workplace” that Galaxy Holdings always pursues.
Within the program scope, Galaxy Holdings also announced the 2025 Team Building plan – an annual activity rich in connection, sharing, and inspiration spirit, contributing to nurturing corporate culture and team unity across the entire ecosystem.
