Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions for the team.
- Understand and analyze business requirements.
- Write specifications, design solutions, and discuss solutions with customers.
- Support DM/Dev/QA in correctly understanding the business; coordinate with PM/DM to create proposals and review estimations.
- Communicate with customers to clarify business requirements to ensure appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience as a Solution Architect in relevant domains.
- Experience working with Order Management Systems.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of systems; ability to propose and persuade customers regarding technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex integrated systems.
- Domain knowledge in the Logistics industry.
- Skills in writing specifications and using solution modeling tools.
- Ability to explain technical/business issues clearly; excellent communication skills.
- Working with attention to detail and accuracy when coordinating with stakeholders.
