Job Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering assigned projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedule, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and processes.
- Manage project budget and control costs.
- Support continuous improvement and lessons learned.
- Ultimately responsible for the success of project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in project management (IT projects).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project).
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Good in English.
