Infrastructure & Cloud Expert

Job Summary:

We design and operate complex, mission-critical systems that require world-class infrastructure, cloud architecture, security, and scalability standards.
The Infrastructure & Cloud Expert is a Master-level technology leader responsible for designing, architecting, and governing enterprise infrastructure and multi-cloud environments across large-scale, high-availability systems.
This role requires deep experience building complex systems for banking, financial services, aviation, or other mission-critical enterprise environments, with hands-on and strategic expertise in leading global cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
The position plays a key role in ensuring scalability, security, resilience, regulatory compliance, and long-term technology sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture

• Design and lead architecture for large-scale, mission-critical systems
• Define hybrid and multi-cloud strategies
• Architect High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity frameworks
• Design scalable compute, storage, and network architecture
• Ensure infrastructure supports AI, data platforms, and high-volume transaction systems

Cloud Architecture & Governance

• Architect and optimize enterprise environments on: AWS/ Google Cloud Platform/ Microsoft Azure
• Establish cloud governance, cost optimization, and FinOps frameworks
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices
• Ensure secure landing zones and cloud security architecture
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with banking and aviation regulatory standards
• Design Zero Trust architecture
• Implement identity and access management (IAM) frameworks
• Define cloud security policies aligned with global standards (ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.)
• Lead vulnerability management and resilience testing

System Performance & Reliability

• Design for ultra-low latency and high-throughput systems
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management frameworks
• Optimize infrastructure for mission-critical financial and aviation workloads

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural governance across multiple subsidiaries
• Act as technical authority in infrastructure and cloud strategy
• Mentor senior engineers and architects
• Work directly with executive leadership on long-term infrastructure strategy

Qualifications:

• 12–15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture
• Proven experience building and operating complex systems in: Core Banking/ Payment systems/ Financial services platforms/ Aviation operational systems
• Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments at enterprise scale
• Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability design
• Experience leading major infrastructure transformation programs

Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in:
  o AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure architecture
  o Kubernetes and container orchestration
  o Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  o CI/CD and DevOps frameworks
  o Network architecture (VPC, peering, VPN, SD-WAN)
  o Enterprise storage and compute optimization
• Strong knowledge of:
  o Cloud security architecture
  o IAM & identity federation
  o DR & multi-region failover strategies
  o Enterprise monitoring and observability tools

Education & Advanced Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• MBA (Technology / Strategy / Digital Transformation) is highly preferred
• International certifications such as:
  o AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
  o Google Professional Cloud Architect
  o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  o Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  o TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture)
  o CISSP or equivalent security certification
