Customer Services (VietJet Air)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and proactively advise/introduce suitable products and services based on customer needs related to the products and services currently offered by Vietjet Air via call center, email, website, etc.

  • Receive and respond to inquiries, questions, and complaints from customers regarding the use of products/services or service quality at Vietjet Air, such as booking, seat changes, seat upgrades, ticket refunds, etc.

  • Receive and fully record customer requests, then transfer them to the relevant departments/systems for processing in accordance with regulations.

  • Record customer feedback and suggestions to consolidate ideas for improving the quality of products and services at Vietjet Air.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager in accordance with the job requirements from time to time; willing to work in rotating shifts 24/7.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age: From 20 to 35 years old.

  • Good command of spoken English.

  • Education: Graduated from Intermediate level or higher. No experience required.

  • Good office computer skills.

  • Good communication skills; clear and standard voice (no strong regional dialect or overly casual language).

  • Responsible at work, diligent, eager to learn, and a good listener.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts 24/7
