KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive and proactively advise/introduce suitable products and services based on customer needs related to the products and services currently offered by Vietjet Air via call center, email, website, etc.

Receive and respond to inquiries, questions, and complaints from customers regarding the use of products/services or service quality at Vietjet Air, such as booking, seat changes, seat upgrades, ticket refunds, etc.

Receive and fully record customer requests, then transfer them to the relevant departments/systems for processing in accordance with regulations.

Record customer feedback and suggestions to consolidate ideas for improving the quality of products and services at Vietjet Air.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager in accordance with the job requirements from time to time; willing to work in rotating shifts 24/7.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Age: From 20 to 35 years old.

Good command of spoken English.

Education: Graduated from Intermediate level or higher. No experience required.

Good office computer skills.
-
Good communication skills; clear and standard voice (no strong regional dialect or overly casual language).

Responsible at work, diligent, eager to learn, and a good listener.

Willing to work rotating shifts 24/7
