C&B Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile timekeeping data and process monthly payroll, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
  • Process monthly C&B-related payments.
  • Register tax identification numbers and dependents; prepare periodic Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and annual PIT finalization for employees.
  • Administer social, health and unemployment insurance in accordance with statutory requirements; manage employee enrollment, termination, information updates and benefit claims under the Company’s Health Insurance program and other employee welfare programs.
  • Prepare employment contracts, contract renewals, amendments, terminations and other related HR documents.
  • Update employee information and maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Maintain payroll and employee data in the HRIS and other related systems
  • Participate in developing, reviewing and updating compensation, benefits, allowances and other HR policies as assigned.
  • Compile and analyze HR data and prepare periodic reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of HR records and data for internal/external audits and compliance inspections by regulatory authorities (Social Insurance Office, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and Tax Authorities)
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, compensation, benefits and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all C&B activities comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager or HR Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Payroll.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and committed to continuous improvement.
