Galaxy One and FinX form a strategic partnership for a secure digital financial ecosystem

Ho Chi Minh City, January 29, 2026 – Galaxy One, the cybersecurity and information security arm of Sovico Group, has been trusted by FinX and selected as a strategic partner to provide end-to-end consulting, design, and implementation of information security solutions for FinX.

Accordingly, on January 29, 2026, Galaxy One and FinX officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Under this partnership, Galaxy One will accompany FinX in executing key initiatives, including:

• Current-state and risk assessment (Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, DPIA)
• Design and implementation of security architecture based on Zero Trust and Defense-in-Depth principles
• System standardization in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, and with reference to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Deployment of multi-layer security protections across infrastructure, applications, and data, combined with 24/7 SOC monitoring and continuous operations

Galaxy One’s approach goes beyond traditional defensive security, aiming instead for a Secure-by-Design and DevSecOps model that embeds security from the earliest stages of system design and development. In combination with DPO services for personal data protection compliance – currently implemented across Galaxy Holdings and its subsidiaries – Galaxy One seeks to build a robust “steel shield” that not only meets regulatory requirements but also strengthens cyber defense and incident response capabilities amid increasingly complex threats.

More importantly, information security is positioned as a foundation of trust, enabling FinX to expand partnerships, reinforce credibility with partners and customers, and accelerate sustainable growth within the digital finance ecosystem.

The signing ceremony between Galaxy One and FinX not only marks the launch of a technology project, but also lays the groundwork for a long-term partnership, united by a shared vision of establishing information security as a strategic technology pillar for FinX.
