Connecting digital platforms to enhance citizen experiences
On the morning of October 28, 2026, at Ben Thanh Station in Ho Chi Minh City, Galaxy Pay, a member of the Galaxy Holdings digital ecosystem, joined Vikki Digital Bank and technology partners at the launch ceremony for the Digital Citizen Station and the Integrated Transportation Platform on VNeID, in response to Vietnam Digital Citizen Day 2026.At the event, Ho Chi Minh City introduced three notable technology models addressing practical needs in everyday life:
- Smart Transportation: Connecting the metro and bus systems through the Integrated Transportation Platform on VNeID, enabling a more convenient and seamless travel experience.
- Digital Public Services: Promoting the integration of healthcare and civil registration data to improve public service delivery and reduce administrative procedures for citizens.
- Community Support: Implementing a compassionate rapid-response model linked to the 1022 hotline to strengthen the timely reception of and response to citizens’ requests for assistance.
Alongside these initiatives, the Digital Citizen Station is being developed as a hub connecting financial services, payment solutions, and digital utilities, making technology more accessible and convenient for citizens.
