IT Helpdesk

Job Objective:

Support users in utilizing Information Technology resources within the Contact Center operations floor.

Job Description:

  • Receive, record, and handle IT support requests from users through the ticketing system, email, phone calls, or direct support.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
  • Support the installation and management of office software and business applications according to established guidelines.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor, update, and close support requests on the ticket management system.
  • Support the allocation, retrieval, and inventory management of IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, network devices, accessories, etc.).
  • Conduct periodic inspections to ensure the proper operation of IT equipment.
  • Document and update user guides and IT operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams to resolve issues beyond the scope of support.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated or expected to graduate from a College/University with a major in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Windows 10/11 operating systems.
    • Basic computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
    • Computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset for supporting internal users.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible at work.
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical documentation in English.
