Customer Services (VietJet Air)

Job Descriptions:

  • Receive calls/requests from customers or agents regarding Vietjet Air services.
  • Assist customers with various needs, including ticket booking, flight changes, additional service updates, and itinerary information support.
  • Respond to inquiries related to service policies, service procedures, and issues arising before, during, and after flights.
  • Support the handling of customer feedback and complaints, and escalate them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Accurately update and record customer information in the system in accordance with established procedures.
  • Proactively consult and introduce suitable services based on customer needs.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer experience and service quality by collecting and reporting customer feedback.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or above.
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided before starting work.
  • Good English communication skills (English Line).
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Passionate about working in Customer Care / Customer Service / Call Center / Customer Consulting fields.
  • Able to work flexible rotating shifts.
  • Able to work on a rotating schedule (8 hours/day, 6 days/week, with 1 day off on a rotating basis).
  • Willing to work night shifts and on public holidays/Tet holidays when required.

Working time:

  • Rotating shifts 24/7 – 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (rotational day off).

Shift Schedule:

  • Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Shift 2: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Shift 3: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Shift 4: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Shift 5: 10:00 – 19:00
  • Shift 6: 11:00 – 20:00
  • Shift 7: 12:00 – 21:00
  • Shift 8: 13:00 – 22:00
  • Shift 9: 22:00 – 07:00 (Night Shift Allowance Provided)
