Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Galaxy Telecom is a member company of Galaxy Holdings — a technology conglomerate under Sovico Group. We focus on developing next-generation telecommunications products such as SkyFi – a next-generation mobile network providing physical SIMs and eSIMs with domestic and international voice and data packages, delivering a flexible, convenient, and borderless user experience.

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive B2B business strategy, establishing a network of strategic partners (Travel Agencies, OTAs, Visa Companies), and managing the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets for the travel SIM/eSIM product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop monthly/quarterly/annual business plans. Allocate SDRs/quotas to each team member and monitor performance progress.
  • Channel Management: Directly negotiate and sign agreements with key partners/accounts such as Vietravel, Saigontourist, and platforms including Klook, Traveloka, etc.
  • Sales Policy Development: Design discount structures, promotional programs, and flexible credit policies for B2B agents.
  • Training & Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach the sales team on solution-based consulting and practical sales skills.
  • Risk & Technical Management: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure stable SIM/eSIM service quality overseas and handle system-related complaints from major partners.
  • Market Research: Closely monitor pricing fluctuations of international telecom operators (Thailand, Japan, Europe, etc.) to maintain competitive pricing strategies.

Job requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of B2B Sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management role (Team Lead/Manager). Candidates from the Telecommunications, Travel, or Technology industries are preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, resolve internal conflicts, and motivate teams to exceed KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in sales reporting analysis, market forecasting, and CRM-based management.
  • Network: Having an established network with outbound travel agencies is considered a significant advantage.
  • Language: Fluent English communication skills to work directly with international telecom infrastructure providers.

KPIs for Manager:

  • Total Revenue: Total departmental revenue achieved versus target.
  • Partner Growth: Growth rate of new qualified agents/partners.
  • Market Share: Market penetration/share compared to competitors in the same segment.
  • Churn Rate (B2B): Partner attrition rate (must be maintained at the lowest possible level).
