Job Descriptions:
Galaxy Joy: The unit responsible for developing and operating the Sky Joy loyalty alliance program for member companies within Sovico Group, while expanding an integrated ecosystem through strategic partnerships in Vietnam and globally.
As a Senior Financial Service Product Specialist, you will act as the “Business Owner” responsible for managing and developing the Co-branded Card portfolio and financial services within the SkyJoy ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between market demands, technical solutions (APIs/Digital Banking), and business profitability to deliver superior value to members and sustainable growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Strategic Planning
- Develop compelling product value propositions, pricing models, and strategic positioning for a range of Co-branded Card products.
- Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey and manage the customer life cycle within a digital financial services framework.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (Partner Banks, Card Schemes, and Internal Teams) to ensure the visibility and profitability of card products.
Operational & Technical Management
- Lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the integration of digital banking services through APIs.
- Act as the Business Owner in charge of daily monitoring, including policy management, process optimization, customer service standards, and business risk mitigation.
- Effectively communicate complex business needs to the Tech team, ensuring technical executions align with product design thinking and reality.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Approach product challenges from an inquisitive and scientific perspective, utilizing data and experimentation to drive decision-making.
- Balance the trade-offs between technical feasibility, customer demand, and profit generation.
- Seek continuous user feedback to implement ongoing product improvements.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Card Product Management, preferably within the retail banking sector.
- Industry Background: Must have worked in banking, fintech, or financial services. Experience with challenger banks, payment schemes, FX, or crypto is highly referable.
- Core Competencies: Proven track record in managing Card Products, Policies, Processes, Technical BRD/UAT, and Business Risk.

- Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in deep technical discussions regarding API connections, automation, and digital financial services at scale.
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of product management processes and agile ways of working across different organizational growth stages.
