Held in Da Nang from July 9 – 10, 2026, Vietnam Financial Forum 2026 brought together policymakers, financial institutions, investors, and technology enterprises to discuss the future of the Vietnam International Financial Centre (VIFC). Representing Galaxy Holdings, Ms. Huynh Thanh Tuyen, Director of Saigon IFC Fintech Capital, participated in the panel discussion titled “Digital Assets as a Capital Gateway: What Use Cases Will Actually Move Money into VIFC?” During the session, she shared insights into the critical role of technology infrastructure, ecosystem connectivity, and the essential conditions required for sustainable growth in digital finance.
Together with leading experts and industry executives, the panel explored how digital assets can facilitate international capital flows into VIFC. Discussions highlighted proven global use cases, including tokenized securities, Real-World Assets (RWAs), and blockchain-powered payment and trading platforms, while examining their potential to accelerate the development of Vietnam’s financial ecosystem.
