The afternoon of October 10, 2024, marked a milestone at the Galaxy Innovation Hub as we hosted our largest-ever training event – Leadership Reinvention: Leaders Create Leaders. The workshop brought together over 80 leaders and managers from Galaxy Holdings and its subsidiaries for an immersive experience in leadership development.
Participants delved into thought-provoking lessons on team leadership, the reinvention of organizations, careers, personal growth, and the delicate balance between “Tension” and “Trust” in team management. The program, led by Warren Eng, Founder & CEO of Leaders Create Leaders, also explored how to consistently recognize the value in others and add value to both them and oneself.
The workshop concluded with enthusiastic feedback from attendees, who shared valuable takeaways and insights to enhance leadership and management practices across Galaxy. The experience left a lasting impression, empowering our leaders to drive change and inspire growth.
