The Telecommunications Service License was officially issued to Galaxy Digital Holdings Company Limited (Galaxy Holdings) by the Authority of Telecommunications – Ministry of Information and Communications on February 6, 2025.

Enterprise Registration Certificate: Registered as a single-member limited liability company under Business Registration No. 0316951481, initially issued on August 13, 2021, and last amended on May 12, 2023, by the Business Registration Office – Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Licensed Telecommunications Services and Coverage

Under the granted license, Galaxy Holdings is authorized to provide telecommunications services as stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP dated April 6, 2011, which details and guides the implementation of certain provisions of the Telecommunications Law.

Galaxy Holdings is permitted to offer mobile telecommunications services on public terrestrial networks, specifically:

• IMT-2000 (3G), IMT-Advanced (4G), and IMT-2020 (5G) mobile telecommunications services for subscribers who enter into telecommunications service agreements with the company.
• GSM (2G) mobile telecommunications services, restricted to specific subscriber categories, in compliance with: Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BTTTT (April 30, 2024); Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BTTTT (May 10, 2024); Circular No. 10/2024/TT-BTTTT (September 13, 2024) issued by the Minister of Information and Communications.

Service Coverage: The company is licensed to provide the above telecommunications services nationwide.
