Galaxy Holdings is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc as the new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Galaxy Holdings, effective July 4, 2025.
In his role, Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc is committed to accelerating Galaxy Holdings’ growth while opening up new avenues for innovation and collaboration, both within Galaxy and across the broader Sovico ecosystem.
Mr. Tuoc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Texas, USA. As a pioneering figure in digital transformation and technology, he brings over 25 years of cross-industry leadership experience, spanning e-commerce, real estate, supply chain, and public policy. He has a proven track record of visionary leadership and disruptive innovation, having played a pivotal role in launching and expanding Google, YouTube, and Facebook in Vietnam. Before joining Galaxy Holdings, he served as Executive Advisor to Sovico Group.
With his strategic vision and extensive expertise, Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc is well-positioned to lead Galaxy Holdings into its next phase of growth, advancing our mission to be a trailblazer in Vietnam’s digital economy.
