The system enables both domestic and international citizens to move conveniently, while also providing the Government, People\u2019s Committees, ministries, and agencies with a centralized platform to manage information related to epidemic control, testing, and vaccination.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1419\">The solutions have been swiftly deployed in real-world settings, contributing to better information management and providing practical convenience for citizens. They meet the Ministry of Health\u2019s and Government\u2019s needs for monitoring, analysis, and data synthesis \u2013 benefiting businesses, organizations, and the public.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8716\" src=\"https:\/\/galaxyholdings.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-05-at-11.31.03-AM.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1456\" height=\"970\" srcset=\"https:\/\/galaxyholdings.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-05-at-11.31.03-AM.jpg 1456w, https:\/\/galaxyholdings.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-05-at-11.31.03-AM-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1456px) 100vw, 1456px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1693\">The system was developed based on research and adaptation of advanced models successfully implemented in developed countries, with direct consultation from experts who built TraceTogether, the national contact tracing app for the Singaporean government and citizens.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"2195\"><strong data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1714\">&#8220;Healthy Vietnam&#8221;<\/strong> is the result of collaboration between the Information Technology Department (Ministry of Health), the Ministry of Information and Communications, and an experienced team of IT professionals. The platform applies cutting-edge technologies, supporting online participation and interaction for hundreds of millions of users, while facilitating efficient management for government agencies and epidemic control units \u2013 significantly reducing both time and medical manpower.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"2195\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8720 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/galaxyholdings.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/UngDungViennamkhoemanh-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"690\" height=\"526\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2574\">Through pilot implementation, the Testing Module has demonstrated the ability to reduce at least <strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2342\">50% of healthcare workforce requirements<\/strong>, while providing real-time reporting for epidemic prevention agencies. The statistical reporting software was first deployed in Bac Ninh and Bac Giang, and has since proven effective in nearly 20 provinces and cities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2699\">Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Quy Tuong, Director of the Information Technology Department, stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"3178\">\n<p data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"3178\">\u201cThe project has successfully built a modern and internationally updated IT platform for the health sector \u2013 <em data-start=\"2811\" data-end=\"2828\">Healthy Vietnam<\/em> \u2013 with high performance and capacity to support up to 100 million concurrent users and high interactivity.<br data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2938\" \/>With a forward-looking approach and alignment with technological development trends, this collaboration will make a significant contribution to advancing healthcare IT and accelerating digital transformation in Vietnam\u2019s health sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Recently, <strong data-start=\"3190\" data-end=\"3204\">Galaxy One<\/strong> also developed the official website for the<strong data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3283\"> National Covid-19 Vaccine Fund<\/strong>, available at <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a class=\"decorated-link\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/quyvacxincovid19.gov.vn\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3298\" data-end=\"3364\">https:\/\/quyvacxincovid19.gov.vn<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3369\" data-end=\"3658\">Featuring an intuitive interface and simple user steps, the website has facilitated contributions from organizations, businesses, and individuals both in Vietnam and abroad. Donors can easily make their contributions and immediately receive confirmation via SMS or email upon completion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3660\" data-end=\"3790\"><strong>The Vaccine Fund has attracted millions of donations and registrations of support across nearly 20 provinces and cities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"4320\">At the same event, Sovico Group and the Information Technology Department signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement.
