Galaxy Learning, an engaging training session on System Thinking was held at the Galaxy Holdings office recently, led by Mr. \u0110\u1eb7ng Th\u1ebf T\u00e0i, former CEO of Galaxy One.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The session attracted over 40 enthusiastic Galaxy Family members who delved into:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding the definition of a \u201cSystem\u201d and developing System Thinking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Embracing the core values of a learning organization and identifying learning gaps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognizing the characteristics of a \u201cSystem\u201d and applying them in daily work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Practicing practical tools for \u201cSystem Thinking\u201d to boost individual and team efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This activity was part of Galaxy Holdings\u2019
