We focus on developing next-generation telecommunications products such as SkyFi \u2013 a next-generation mobile network, providing physical SIM and eSIM with domestic and international voice and data plans, aiming to deliver a flexible and convenient user experience without borders.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Front-End Developer<\/strong> is responsible for designing, developing, testing, optimizing, and maintaining the company&#8217;s web applications. The position works closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, UI\/UX Designer, Back-End Developer, QA\/QC, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into products with high quality, performance, and scalability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>UI and Component Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Develop modern, responsive web applications for Desktop and Mobile.<\/li>\n<li>Build reusable and maintainable components that comply with the project&#8217;s Front-End architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Use and extend the UI Component Library in accordance with the product&#8217;s Design System.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that screens include appropriate loading states, error states, empty states, and necessary interaction states.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the UI meets basic accessibility and responsive design requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Client-Side State and Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Manage server state and client state according to their intended purposes, avoiding overuse of global state.<\/li>\n<li>Build mechanisms for efficient caching, data synchronization, and mutation handling.<\/li>\n<li>Validate input\/output data at application boundaries when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Handle API responses, error handling, pagination, filtering, sorting, and Front-End data-related business logic.<\/li>\n<li>Support export\/download file functions from APIs such as Excel, CSV, or other appropriate formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Routing, Authentication, and Authorization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Build and extend routing for the application.<\/li>\n<li>Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and route-level error handling.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate authentication and authorization according to the system&#8217;s mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li>Implement route guards and control access permissions based on user roles\/permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>API and Back-End System Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Integrate REST APIs or other API protocols appropriate to the system.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Back-End Developers to align on API Contracts and handle API changes.<\/li>\n<li>Handle timeouts, retries, error responses, and abnormal situations during communication with the Back-End.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that data displayed on the UI is accurate and consistent with business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Testing and Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Write unit tests and component tests for critical functionalities.<\/li>\n<li>Perform type checking, linting, testing, and building before creating a Pull Request\/Merge Request.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews and proactively improve source code quality.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with QA\/QC to analyze and fix defects and prevent recurring issues.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with Coding Standards, Git Flow\/Branching Strategy, and the company&#8217;s software development processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Performance Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Optimize rendering, bundle size, and page load time.<\/li>\n<li>Apply lazy loading, dynamic import, memoization, virtualization, and other appropriate techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize screens with large amounts of data through server-side pagination, filtering, sorting, and virtualization.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and improve Front-End performance metrics when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Security and Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Comply with security principles in Front-End application development.<\/li>\n<li>Do not expose secrets, credentials, or sensitive data in source code and client-side storage.<\/li>\n<li>Do not log sensitive information such as tokens, OTPs, personally identifiable information, or subscriber data.<\/li>\n<li>Control and sanitize HTML data rendered from external sources.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate in handling security issues identified during development and operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Documentation and Project Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Read and understand business requirements, specification documents, and API documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Write and update Front-End-related technical documentation when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with BA\/PO\/Designer\/Backend\/QA to clarify requirements and resolve issues during development.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in team estimation, planning, technical discussions, and retrospectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Job requirements: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Good fundamental knowledge of programming and software development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>At least 1 year of Front-End development experience with React\/TypeScript in real-world projects.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience participating in products from development through testing and operations is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Agile\/Scrum is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Technology Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Language: TypeScript, JavaScript<\/li>\n<li>Framework: React, Next JS, Flutter, React Native<\/li>\n<li>Routing: React Router or equivalent routing solutions<\/li>\n<li>API: REST API, Axios, or equivalent HTTP Client<\/li>\n<li>Testing: Vitest\/Jest, Testing Library, or equivalent frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Code Quality: ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict, Git<\/li>\n<li>Authentication: JWT\/OAuth2 or equivalent authentication\/authorization mechanisms<\/li>\n<li>Performance: Lazy Loading, Code Splitting, Memoization, Virtualization<\/li>\n<li>Browser: Understanding of Browser mechanisms, HTTP\/HTTPS, Cookie, Local Storage\/Session Storage, CORS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Professional Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript\/TypeScript.<\/li>\n<li>Clear understanding of React component lifecycle, hooks, state management, and rendering.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design highly reusable and maintainable components.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Separation of Concerns at a level appropriate for Front-End development.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of HTTP\/HTTPS, HTTP2.0, REST API, authentication, authorization, and web security.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and troubleshoot performance, memory, and rendering issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand API Contracts and coordinate with Back-End teams for system integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>AI and Development Support Tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience with AI\/AI Agents is not mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with using AI tools to support work such as documentation research, error analysis, code assistance, code review, or test generation is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to evaluate and verify results suggested by AI tools before integrating them into the system is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive in researching and resolving issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility for work quality and delivery timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate and clarify requirements with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Experience developing products in Telecom\/Fintech\/E-commerce\/Technology Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building systems with a large number of users or high traffic volumes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building Dashboards, Admin Portals, or complex business management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling screens with large amounts of data.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Micro Frontend or large-scale Front-End architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, or real-time applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD and software development processes on GitLab\/GitHub.<\/li>\n<li>Good ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.<\/li>\n<li>Experience applying AI to software development work is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
