Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Client Consulting & Service Delivery<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) or Lead Advisor for key client projects.<\/li>\n
  • Lead and directly participate in conducting current-state assessments, developing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and designing compliance roadmaps for clients.<\/li>\n
  • Advise clients on “Privacy by Design” solutions for software systems and data flows, enabling compliance with legal requirements without disrupting business operations.<\/li>\n
  • Directly lead emergency response processes when clients experience data breach incidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Service Quality Management & Development<\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Develop and standardize templates, assessment methodologies, and compliance checklists for consistent use across different client portfolios within G1.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and ensure that service deliverables meet the committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Business Support<\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Partner with the Sales\/Account team in client meetings as the subject matter expert to present solutions, demonstrate capabilities, and support project closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Consulting Team Leadership<\/span><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Manage and allocate DPO specialists across client projects to optimize resource utilization.<\/li>\n
        • Train and mentor the team on consulting skills, problem-solving skills, and continuously update legal and technology knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Job Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n

          Education<\/span><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law (Technology Law), Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Experience<\/span><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • 2\u20134 years of experience in Data Protection Officer (DPO), IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or Security Consulting.<\/li>\n
            • Experience working at consulting firms (Big4, IT Consulting, Law Firms) or providing B2B services is a significant advantage.<\/li>\n
            • At least 1\u20132 years of experience managing teams and projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Professional Knowledge<\/span><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Strong understanding of and hands-on experience implementing Decree No. 356\/ND-CP. Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27701, and SOC 2.<\/li>\n
              • Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, cloud technologies, and common technology business models to quickly assess and understand clients’ systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
