We focus on developing next-generation telecommunications products such as SkyFi \u2013 a next-generation mobile network providing physical SIMs and eSIMs with domestic and international voice and data packages, delivering a flexible, convenient, and borderless user experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong>Sales Specialist<\/strong> is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing agency partners and corporate (B2B) customers both within and outside the Sovico Group ecosystem, building relationships with strategic partners, and promoting the distribution of SkyFi&#8217;s telecommunications products, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Specialized telecommunications products such as products for travel customers and products for B2B corporate customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Telecom Banking products: integrated products combining telecommunications and banking services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strategic products for international customers leveraging the strengths of the Group (Sovico, Vietjet Air, HDBank, Vikki, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Customer Acquisition &amp; Business Development<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Build and develop a pipeline of potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and sign commercial contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Customer Relationship Management<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Manage and support existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customers&#8217; service usage.<\/li>\n<li>Propose Upsell\/Cross-sell programs.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve issues arising during service usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Other Requirements<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Prepare quotations, partnership proposals, and commercial contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor order processing progress.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly\/monthly\/quarterly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Job requirements: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Education<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or above.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred majors: Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Experience<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>3\u20135 years of B2B sales experience in the telecommunications or e-commerce industry.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with MNO, MVNO, IoT, and eSIM is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">English<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Good English communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span class=\"rnc2Gd\">Benefits:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary package (Base salary and performance bonuses).<\/li>\n<li>Probation period salary is 100% of the official salary.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive health and accident insurance.<\/li>\n<li>15 days of annual leave, 1 remote work days per month.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of work equipment (Macbook\/ Laptop, mouse, monitor, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>A creative and modern working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working location: <strong>Red River Building, 885 Hong Ha Street, Hong Ha Ward, Ha Noi<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kindly send your CV to: <\/span><b>talent@galaxyholdings.co\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: Galaxy Telecom is a member company of Galaxy Holdings \u2014 a technology conglomerate under Sovico Group.
