Job Purpose:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • Provide legal advice on matters arising from the operations of Galaxy Holdings (GH) and its Business Units (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”).<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and the internal regulations and procedures of GH and its Business Units.<\/li>\n
  • Advise on and resolve disputes arising from the operations of GH and its Business Units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    1. Functional Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Advise on, support, and oversee legal matters arising from business operations.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor legal compliance within the assigned scope of work and identify and control legal risks.<\/li>\n
    • Provide legal advice, conduct legal reviews, and handle disputes within the assigned scope of work or as directed by management.<\/li>\n
    • Carry out legal procedures to ensure the Company’s governance and operational activities are legally compliant (as assigned).<\/li>\n
    • Develop processes, regulations, and guidelines to implement and control the department’s work.<\/li>\n
    • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on contracts.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and\/or participate in the development of the Company’s standard documents (template agreements, training materials, and other operational templates).<\/li>\n
    • Advise on and resolve disputes arising from the Company’s operations.<\/li>\n
    • Participate in resolving legal disputes as assigned by management.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Keep up to date with new legal regulations and provide guidance to relevant departments regarding legal changes that may impact the Company’s operations or the operations of its divisions\/departments.<\/li>\n
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. General Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Personnel Management: Participate in the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and work management of staff-level employees.<\/li>\n
      • Develop and monitor the department’s budget and asset utilization.<\/li>\n
      • Develop and update the department’s processes and regulations; monitor and control operational risks within the department.<\/li>\n
      • Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Legal Affairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Job Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university. A Lawyer Training Certificate is an advantage.<\/li>\n
        • At least 05\u201307 years<\/strong> of experience in the legal field, preferably with in-depth experience in technology, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.<\/li>\n
        • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws relating to technology, fintech, e-commerce, personal data protection, and commercial contracts.<\/li>\n
        • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and provide effective legal solutions for various business units.<\/li>\n
        • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.<\/li>\n
        • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and manage a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
