We are looking for a Loyalty Technology Expert<\/strong> to lead the technology architecture and strategic design of Galaxy’s enterprise Loyalty Platform, enabling millions of users to experience personalized, data-driven customer journeys across multiple businesses.<\/p>\n

Position Summary:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Loyalty Technology Expert is responsible for defining the end-to-end technology architecture of the Group Loyalty Platform<\/strong>, translating business strategy into scalable digital capabilities, and ensuring the platform supports future ecosystem growth.<\/p>\n

This role combines expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Product Strategy, Customer Experience, AI\/Data, API Ecosystem and Loyalty Business Models.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate is not only a technology architect but also a business-minded product strategist capable of designing customer journeys powered by technology.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Strategic Loyalty Platform Architecture & Technology Leadership<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Define and own the end-to-end technology architecture for the Group Loyalty Platform, ensuring scalability, security, resilience and future ecosystem expansion.<\/li>\n
  • Design core platform capabilities including Membership Management, Loyalty Points Engine, Tier Management, Rewards & Voucher Management, Campaign Engine, Partner Management and Customer Identity.<\/li>\n
  • Establish architecture standards, technology roadmap and governance for all Loyalty initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Drive modern architecture practices including API-first, Microservices, Event-driven Architecture and Cloud-native technologies.<\/li>\n
  • Lead technical solution reviews and ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Business Consulting, Product Innovation & Customer Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Partner with business leaders and product teams to translate business strategy into scalable digital capabilities.<\/li>\n
    • Advise on loyalty business models, customer engagement strategies, partner ecosystems and revenue generation opportunities.<\/li>\n
    • Design technology-enabled customer journeys across the entire ecosystem, connecting digital products, financial services, merchants and partners.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with AI and Data teams to deliver Customer 360, personalization, recommendation engines, predictive analytics and data-driven decision making.<\/li>\n
    • Continuously identify emerging technologies and market trends to enhance the competitiveness of the Loyalty Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Cross-functional Delivery & Ecosystem Collaboration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Lead cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Data, AI, UX\/UI, Security and Business teams to ensure successful delivery of loyalty initiatives.<\/li>\n
      • Drive integration between the Loyalty Platform and enterprise systems including CRM, CDP, ERP, Payment, Banking, Retail, Airline and other partner platforms.<\/li>\n
      • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and expert guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept and architecture through implementation and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
      • Act as the Group’s subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Loyalty Technology for internal stakeholders and strategic partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Job Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline. An MBA is an advantage.<\/li>\n
        • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Digital Platforms, Loyalty, CRM, Customer Engagement, Fintech or Digital Ecosystems, including at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale technology solutions.<\/li>\n
        • Strong expertise in Loyalty Platform Architecture, Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native Architecture, Data & AI, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer 360 and Omnichannel Digital Experience. Experience with leading loyalty platforms (e.g., Salesforce Loyalty Management, Capillary, Comarch, Talon.One, Antavo) is highly preferred.<\/li>\n
        • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions, drive product innovation, design customer journeys, influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration in complex enterprise environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
