Position Objective:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The CFO is expected to bring an internationally benchmarked financial governance mindset, applying best practices from multinational corporations to build a World-class Finance Organization. This role will be pivotal in enhancing corporate governance capabilities, optimizing shareholder value, supporting regional and global expansion strategies, and preparing the financial foundation for future international capital raising, strategic partnerships, and listing activities.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Financial Strategy Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the Group’s development strategy.<\/li>\n
  • Establish a Capital Allocation Framework to optimize investment efficiency across subsidiaries and business units.<\/li>\n
  • Build a performance management system based on financial and business metrics such as ROI, ROIC, EBITDA, LTV, CAC, Enterprise Value<\/strong>…<\/li>\n
  • Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic financial decisions and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Data Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Build a modern FP&A<\/strong> model oriented towards Real-time Data-driven Finance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Establish systems for budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast<\/strong>, and scenario planning<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Implement Business Intelligence (BI)<\/strong>, Financial Analytics<\/strong>, and Dashboard<\/strong> systems for Executive Management.<\/li>\n
    • Transform financial data into analytical insights supporting strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Capital Raising, Investor Relations & Capital Markets<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Develop and execute domestic and international capital raising strategies.<\/li>\n
      • Lead Investor Relations<\/strong> activities, engaging with investment funds, financial institutions, and banks.<\/li>\n
      • Build the Equity Story<\/strong>, Valuation Framework<\/strong>, and prepare for IPO<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Manage relationships with financial partners, investment banks, and credit rating agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Investment, M&A & Corporate Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Lead all M&A<\/strong> activities from opportunity sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and negotiation to post-merger integration.<\/li>\n
        • Evaluate strategic investment opportunities in technology, AI, Fintech, and digital transformation.<\/li>\n
        • Build financial models to support investment decisions.<\/li>\n
        • Ensure post-investment effectiveness and realization of Synergies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Financial Governance, Risk & Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Establish a financial governance system for the Holding, Subsidiaries, and Joint Ventures model.<\/li>\n
          • Build internal control systems in accordance with international standards.<\/li>\n
          • Ensure compliance with IFRS<\/strong>, accounting standards, legal regulations, and audit requirements.<\/li>\n
          • Manage financial risks, liquidity risk, foreign exchange, interest rate, and risks associated with digital business models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Capital & Cash Flow Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Develop an optimal capital structure strategy.<\/li>\n
            • Manage cash flow and liquidity across the entire ecosystem.<\/li>\n
            • Optimize capital utilization efficiency and cost of capital.<\/li>\n
            • Manage relationships with domestic and international credit institutions and financial organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Strategic Partner to Executive Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Collaborate with the CEO and business unit leaders in developing growth strategies.<\/li>\n
              • Participate in decisions regarding pricing, revenue models, and commercial strategies.<\/li>\n
              • Evaluate the return on investment of products, technology, and transformation programs.<\/li>\n
              • Establish ROI<\/strong> measurement models for strategic projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Finance Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Lead the digital transformation program within the finance function.<\/li>\n
                • Implement ERP<\/strong>, process automation, AI, and data analytics in financial operations.<\/li>\n
                • Build an integrated financial system with ERP, CRM, Billing, Product Platform<\/strong>, and Data Platform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                • Establish a real-time management reporting system to support executive decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  9. Leadership & Organizational Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Build a high-capability Finance team to international standards.<\/li>\n
                  • Develop succession pipelines and enhance leadership capabilities.<\/li>\n
                  • Foster a culture of performance, transparency, and results orientation.<\/li>\n
                  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the entire Finance Division.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Job Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n

                    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Master’s degree or above<\/strong> in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields from reputable domestic or international universities.<\/li>\n
                    • Preference for candidates with an MBA<\/strong> or Executive Education<\/strong> programs from top global universities.<\/li>\n
                    • Professional certifications: CPA \/ ACCA \/ CFA \/ CMA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • Minimum 15 years<\/strong> of experience in Finance, Accounting, Investment, Corporate Finance, or corporate financial management.<\/li>\n
                      • Minimum 7 years<\/strong> in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Group Finance Director, Finance Vice President<\/strong>, or equivalent senior finance leadership positions at large-scale enterprises.<\/li>\n
                      • Mandatory experience working at Multinational Corporations (MNC), Global Corporations<\/strong>, or publicly listed companies with regional\/international scale<\/strong>, with financial governance frameworks aligned to international standards.<\/li>\n
                      • Experience managing finances for organizations with a Holding \u2013 Subsidiaries \u2013 Joint Ventures<\/strong> structure, operating across multiple countries or sectors.<\/li>\n
                      • Proven track record leading IPO, Pre-IPO, Fundraising, Capital Raising, M&A, Joint Venture, Strategic Investment, or Cross-border Transactions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                      • Direct experience working with Boards of Directors, Investors, International Investment Funds, Investment Banks, Big4, and Global Financial Institutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                      • Experience building and operating Data-driven Finance<\/strong>, Enterprise FP&A<\/strong>, Finance Transformation<\/strong>, ERP, and data analytics platforms for management purposes.<\/li>\n
                      • In-depth knowledge of IFRS<\/strong>, international financial governance, capital management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)<\/strong>, capital markets, and corporate governance in line with international best practices.<\/li>\n
                      • Preference for candidates who have held senior finance leadership roles at technology, AI, Fintech, Digital Platform, SaaS, Cloud, Telecommunications, or large-scale digital transformation enterprises<\/strong>; or previously worked at global technology corporations, strategic consulting firms, Big4, or international financial organizations.<\/li>\n
                      • Experience managing Cross-border Investment<\/strong> transactions, international M&A, or capital raising from foreign investors is a significant advantage.<\/li>\n
                      • Professional-level English proficiency; capable of working, negotiating, and presenting to Boards of Directors and international partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
