The CInO will lead the end-to-end strategy, architecture, engineering, deployment and operations of the Group&#8217;s Enterprise Data Centers, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, AI Infrastructure, Enterprise Networks, Platform Engineering, and Technology Operations. This executive will ensure Galaxy Holdings possesses a secure, resilient, scalable, cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting mission-critical financial platforms, AI computing, big data workloads, and future regional expansion. Beyond traditional infrastructure operations, the CInO will drive the transformation toward a Software-Defined Enterprise by leveraging automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, observability, FinOps, and AI-driven infrastructure operations. The role partners closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief AI Officer (CAIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and business leaders to establish a next-generation enterprise infrastructure aligned with global technology standards.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1f787jk\" data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"140\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Enterprise Infrastructure Strategy &amp; Technology Architecture<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the Group&#8217;s enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with Galaxy Holdings&#8217; Digital, Data, AI and Financial Services roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the long-term infrastructure architecture supporting business scalability, resilience, security and operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation and technology standardization across the Group.<\/li>\n<li>Establish enterprise infrastructure governance, architecture principles, engineering standards and technology lifecycle management.<\/li>\n<li>Design multi-region infrastructure capable of supporting regional expansion and mission-critical business operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Data Center, Private Cloud &amp; Hybrid Cloud Platform<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the planning, design, construction and operation of Enterprise Data Centers with world-class availability, resilience and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Build and operate Private Cloud platforms using enterprise technologies such as VMware Cloud Foundation, OpenStack, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Define and execute Hybrid Cloud strategy integrating Private Cloud with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Establish Cloud Landing Zone architecture, Platform Engineering capabilities and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards. Drive cloud migration, infrastructure consolidation, software-defined infrastructure and platform automation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize infrastructure investment through FinOps and cloud governance practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> AI Infrastructure, Enterprise Operations &amp; Service Reliability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop enterprise AI Infrastructure supporting Generative AI, Machine Learning, Big Data and High Performance Computing (HPC).<\/li>\n<li>Build GPU infrastructure, AI computing platforms and high-performance storage environments.<\/li>\n<li>Lead enterprise infrastructure operations ensuring high availability, scalability and operational resilience.<\/li>\n<li>Establish Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Observability and intelligent automation capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Improve service reliability through proactive monitoring, predictive operations, incident management and continuous optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure enterprise infrastructure consistently achieves defined SLA, SLO and disaster recovery objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Infrastructure Governance, Security &amp; Technology Operations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish enterprise infrastructure governance, operational policies and compliance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, backup and enterprise resilience programs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer to implement Zero Trust infrastructure and security-by-design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Manage enterprise networking, Software Defined Networking (SDN), workplace technology and infrastructure services across the Group.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee strategic vendor partnerships, technology sourcing, infrastructure lifecycle management and operational cost optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture standards and audit readiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Executive Leadership &amp; Infrastructure Transformation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and lead a world-class Infrastructure Engineering organization covering Data Center, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Network, Infrastructure Automation and Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Drive enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation aligned with business growth and digital innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of engineering excellence, automation, innovation and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the CEO, CTO, CIO, CAIO, CDO and business leaders to enable strategic transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop future infrastructure capabilities supporting AI, cloud-native applications, digital platforms and next-generation enterprise services.<\/li>\n<li>Build leadership capability, succession planning and high-performing engineering teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1uxnuvu\" data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2270\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Job Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Cisco, Red Hat, TOGAF or ITIL are highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience Minimum 18 years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Engineering or Technology Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8\u201310 years in executive leadership roles such as Chief Infrastructure Officer, VP Infrastructure, VP Cloud, Head of Infrastructure or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience in multinational corporations, global technology companies, hyperscalers, financial institutions or Fortune 500 organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale infrastructure transformation programs.<\/li>\n<li>Additional Preferred Experience Proven experience in designing, building and operating Enterprise Data Centers with mission-critical architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience leading Data Center construction, commissioning and operational readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success implementing Private Cloud platforms using VMware Cloud Foundation, OpenStack, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization or equivalent technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience designing Hybrid Cloud architectures integrating Private Cloud with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership in enterprise cloud migration, infrastructure modernization and platform consolidation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Experience establishing Platform Engineering organizations and Infrastructure as Code practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing Software Defined Data Center (SDDC), Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) and enterprise virtualization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building enterprise AI Infrastructure including GPU clusters, AI computing platforms and High Performance Computing (HPC).<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Digital Banking, FinTech, AI Platforms, Big Data or mission-critical digital ecosystems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading infrastructure supporting millions of users and high-volume transaction platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
