{"id":15290,"date":"2026-07-07T17:36:19","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T10:36:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/galaxyholdings.co\/?post_type=job&#038;p=15290"},"modified":"2026-07-07T17:36:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T10:36:19","slug":"chief-banking-digital-platform-officer","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/galaxyholdings.co\/en\/job\/chief-banking-digital-platform-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief banking Digital Platform Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 data-section-id=\"1f787jk\" data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"140\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a digital channel strategy by aligning with organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new product ideas from digital channel perspective and implement innovative products.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for end-to-end leading and management of the digital banking delivery including but not limited to Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Third Party Payments, Wallets, POS, Self Servicing Channels, Automated Applications<\/li>\n<li>Review and evaluate existing organizational back office\/front office processes for transformation through digitalization and automation.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for business performance and continuity of digital and self-service channels and promote and adopt digital and self-service channels among customers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage implementation of digitalization strategies as required; drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost management.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain connections with digital technology providers, peers in the industry, and relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the market situation and availability of new technologies, conduct market analysis and competitor analysis, and propose enhancement recommendations for management\u2019s decision.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, guide and motivate the Digital Banking team towards accomplishing the business goals to maximum contribution made to the area growth and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve short-term and long-term business goals in the most effective and efficient manner according to the supervision and direction of management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare yearly budget, ensure digital project expenditures are within the budget and monitor regularly for successful implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Program Management Office (PMO) and IT departments to implement digital projects, ensure successful delivery, follows by post-implementation review and usability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targeted projects results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1uxnuvu\" data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2270\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Job Requirements:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At least Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT or Computer Science and related discipline is required.<\/li>\n<li>Having either MBA or Master of Computer Science is preferrable.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking Sector.<\/li>\n<li>Good track record in delivering Digital Products services like Mobile Banking, Internet<\/li>\n<li>Banking, Wallets, Self-Servicing Channels, Automated System, experience with Infinity product of Temenos is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Technically proficient with all current and potential concepts of the IT &amp; Digital Banking industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span class=\"rnc2Gd\">Benefits:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary package (Base salary and performance bonuses).<\/li>\n<li>Probation period salary is 100% of the official salary.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive health and accident insurance.<\/li>\n<li>15 days of annual leave, 3 remote work days per month.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of work equipment (Macbook\/ Laptop, mouse, monitor, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>A creative and modern working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working location: <\/span><b>Galaxy Innovation Hub \u2013 D1 Hi Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, HCMC<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kindly send your CV to: <\/span><b>talent@galaxyholdings.co\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a digital channel strategy by aligning with organizational objectives.
