font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"xmrhte\" data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"444\">Build and manage SkyJoy\u2019s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) from the foundational stage.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"rhe9yy\" data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"560\">Develop platform-specific organic content strategies to drive sustainable follower growth and organic engagement.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"aao0wh\" data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"668\">Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone of voice for SkyJoy across all digital channels.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1268zao\" data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"787\">Transform social media into a measurable acquisition and retention channel contributing directly to business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"hi3gfo\" data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"904\">Develop content strategies and editorial calendars for each social media channel.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"m6lejf\" data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"1042\">Create and publish content, including copywriting and coordinating with design and video teams to deliver platform-appropriate content.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"s6f665\" data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1140\">Manage communities by responding to comments, inboxes\/DMs, and fostering engagement with users.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"egqsx\" data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1242\">Research social trends and propose suitable content formats such as Reels, Shorts, and viral hooks.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1134o90\" data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1348\">Track, analyze, and prepare weekly social media performance reports for the Head of Growth &amp; Marketing.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1njyop8\" data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1475\">Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Campaign\/Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1q00vgw\" data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1575\">Execute organic growth initiatives such as seeding activities, collaborations, and UGC campaigns.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lhjnei\" data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1665\">Identify, collaborate with, and manage micro-influencers aligned with the SkyJoy brand.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yk08yv\" data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1723\">Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Job requirements: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1o4a1j2\" data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1790\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Mandatory Requirements<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"2574\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xspw3p\" data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1923\">Minimum 02\u201304 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fintech, loyalty, travel, or consumer app industries.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1446q7l\" data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2021\">Possess a proven portfolio showcasing social channels built and measurable growth achievements.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ljhq1i\" data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2102\">Strong Vietnamese copywriting skills with creativity and storytelling ability.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"u45vhh\" data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2193\">Proficient in managing and creating content for TikTok, Facebook\/Instagram, and Threads.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1h27yb7\" data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2312\">Familiar with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, or equivalent platforms.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n23imp\" data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2389\">Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of organic growth metrics.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"y94bhw\" data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2472\">Ability to work independently and proactively propose new ideas and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fbixy4\" data-start=\"2473\" data-end=\"2574\">Fluent English communication skills for reading documentation, reports, and internal communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1d77uwz\" data-start=\"2576\" data-end=\"2618\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2985\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xgoilt\" data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2696\">Experience in building social media channels from scratch for a new brand.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vih5vt\" data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2782\">Experience working with loyalty programs, travel applications, or fintech products.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1y4gre\" data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2874\">Ability to create and edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x40iu8\" data-start=\"2875\" data-end=\"2985\">Basic understanding of paid social campaigns to collaborate effectively with the performance marketing team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
