Unlike traditional marketing, this role requires a deep &#8220;Product-First&#8221; mentality\u2014understanding the technical infrastructure (APIs, BRDs) and product mechanics to design high-converting marketing campaigns, optimize the digital acquisition funnel, and maximize the lifetime value of cardholders.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1p4cy90\" data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"765\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"lkp1j2\" data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"619\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Growth Marketing &amp; Go-To-Market (GTM)<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"1064\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ubak3w\" data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"760\">Translate complex product features and technical value propositions into compelling marketing messages that resonate with SkyJoy members.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ujehl9\" data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"911\">Lead GTM strategies for new card launches, ensuring seamless coordination between banking partners (e.g., HDBank, VPBank) and the Vietjet ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dqazxp\" data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1064\">Define and execute &#8220;Product-Led Growth&#8221; initiatives, using data and experimentation to improve the conversion rate of the digital application journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"375utl\" data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1106\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Customer Lifecycle &amp; Value Management<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1494\">\n<li data-section-id=\"11ofnem\" data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1220\">Deeply analyze the customer journey to identify friction points in the card application or activation process.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ve5tds\" data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1356\">Design automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (Email, App Push, SMS) based on API-driven triggers to encourage card usage and spend.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3w9mcj\" data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1494\">Monitor daily business performance, acting as a Marketing &#8220;Business Owner&#8221; to ensure the profitability and visibility of card products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"kpktpt\" data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1532\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Technical &amp; Partner Collaboration<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1906\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1taf45j\" data-start=\"1534\" data-end=\"1670\">Collaborate with the Tech team to ensure marketing tools and tracking (attribution, event logging) are correctly implemented via APIs.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ueo6r3\" data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1788\">Work with external partners (UnionPay, Visa\/Mastercard) on joint marketing funds (JMF) and co-marketing executions.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1utflyj\" data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1906\">Bridge the gap between technical constraints and creative solutions to deliver a &#8220;wow&#8221; experience for the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1uxnuvu\" data-start=\"2250\" data-end=\"2270\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"105fkls\" data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1955\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Professional Experience<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2383\">\n<li data-section-id=\"k34fmd\" data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2068\">6+ years of experience in Card Product Management or Product Marketing, ideally in Retail Banking or Fintech.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bx2ih5\" data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2225\">Must-have: Hands-on experience with Card products and a solid understanding of the &#8220;under-the-hood&#8221; mechanics (Policy, Process, Risk, and Technical BRDs).<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17kzti1\" data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2383\">Sector Experience: Background in Banking, Fintech, or Digital Financial Services.
