Build a Customer 360 view to support personalized experiences and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1p4cy90\" data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"765\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cnkkox\" data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"877\">Develop CRM Strategy and design a unified CRM architecture for the entire SOVICO ecosystem, including Unified Customer Profile, Cross-sell\/Upsell engines, and Journey Orchestration<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tesfbp\" data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"1031\">Implement and customize CRM platforms (Salesforce\/Microsoft Dynamics 365\/HubSpot) for business units including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Loyalty<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pdkbhu\" data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1233\">Design Customer 360 architecture by integrating customer data from Galaxy Pay (transactions), Galaxy Joy (loyalty points), Vietjet (bookings), HDBank (banking), and real estate (property ownership)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"man91m\" data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1363\">Build Marketing Automation workflows, including lead nurturing, campaign management, segmentation, and personalization engine<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mgawmk\" data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1520\">Design and implement Omnichannel Customer Service solutions, including call center integration (CTI), chatbot, email, social media, and in-app messaging<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1seidht\" data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1668\">Build Sales Force Automation solutions, including lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and territory management for B2B sales teams<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kwgmki\" data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1793\">Implement Customer Analytics &amp;
