The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Development: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with vendor &amp; partner as process from sell channel assessment, negotiation, pricing, planning and execution<\/li>\n<li>Execute and manage the end-to-end operational processes that support card product sales, issuance, and promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all operations are executed smoothly, on time, and in compliance with company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve operational processes to boost efficiency and scalability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports and performance dashboards for management related to card performance \/ portfolio performance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps and propose data-driven solutions to enhance card performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Partnership &amp; Project Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with strategic partners in selling &amp; advertising (service vendor) in card projects or joint campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project timelines, execution plans, and ensure partner alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Product &amp; Campaign Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with product and marketing teams to operationalize new card offerings and incentive programs.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the operational point of contact for new initiatives and ensure seamless execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance &amp; Risk Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to mitigate operational risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Job requirements: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Working experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3\u20135 years of experience in card product operations, business development, or related functions within banking or fintech or insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI\/Tableau is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energetic &amp; Dynamic<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented &amp; Process-driven<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical &amp; Data-Informed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span class=\"rnc2Gd\">Benefits:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competitive salary package (Base salary and performance bonuses).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probation period salary is 100% of the official salary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprehensive health and accident insurance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 days of annual leave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provision of work equipment (Macbook\/ Laptop, mouse, monitor, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A creative and modern working environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working location: <\/span><b>Galaxy Innovation Hub \u2013 D1 Hi Tech Park, District 9, HCMC<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kindly send your CV to: <\/span><b>talent@galaxyholdings.co\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: Responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of card business development, including credit, debit, and prepaid card products.
