This role emphasizes technical depth, system reliability, and code quality, without people-management responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Backend Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js.<\/li>\n<li>Build and evolve backend systems following microservices or modular architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Develop RESTful APIs for web, mobile, and partner integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Take end-to-end ownership of assigned backend services or modules (design, implementation, testing, deployment support).<\/li>\n<li>Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability under high traffic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Code Quality &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards, security, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Debug and resolve complex backend issues in production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively refactor code and reduce technical debt.<\/li>\n<li>Apply secure coding practices to protect systems and user data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Frontend, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features on time.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support release activities and ensure backend stability after deployment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tools &amp; Productivity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use CI\/ CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring tools effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Job requirements: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Required Qualifications: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of backend software development experience.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20123+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js in production systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with event-driven architecture or message queues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience building backend services for high-traffic applications.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and backend performance optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching (e.g., Redis).<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Git and Agile\/Scrum development processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mindset &amp; Working Style<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong ownership mindset over assigned services and components.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication skills in a cross-functional team environment.<\/li>\n<li>No people management or team leadership responsibilities required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating third-party APIs or working in fintech \/ loyalty platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution to open-source projects or technical communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Nice to Have: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyze, review, and improve the complex legacy code<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating fintech, payment, loyalty, or third-party partner systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in large-scale product systems in Vietnam.<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to AI-assisted development environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
