Responsible for implementation, optimization, and architecture support of Oracle-based Core Banking and mission-critical financial systems.
\nThe role ensures high availability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance in enterprise banking environments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Core Banking Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Participate in deployment and customization of Oracle Core Banking solutions (e.g., FLEXCUBE or equivalent)<\/li>\n
  • Work with business and vendor teams for requirement analysis and system configuration<\/li>\n
  • Support integration with payment systems, digital banking, and data platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Oracle Database & Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Administer and optimize Oracle Database environments<\/li>\n
    • Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning<\/li>\n
    • Implement HA\/DR solutions (Data Guard, RAC, backup & recovery strategy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Architecture & Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Support system architecture design aligned with enterprise standards<\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
      • Contribute to security hardening and access control frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications:<\/span><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • 6\u201312+ years of experience in Oracle-based enterprise systems<\/li>\n
        • Experience in Core Banking environments (strongly preferred)<\/li>\n
        • Deep knowledge of:
          \no Oracle Database Administration
          \no Performance tuning & optimization
          \no HA\/DR architecture<\/li>\n
        • Experience working with financial systems and regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Certifications (Preferred)<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)<\/li>\n
          • Oracle Certified Master (OCM)<\/li>\n
          • TOGAF (for architecture-level candidates)<\/li>\n
          • ITIL Certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
