Job Summary:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Responsible for ensuring the quality of web application products through manual testing and building automation tests. Work closely with the Development team to detect, track, and ensure that defects are resolved before release. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to product deployment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Manual Testing:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to create test cases and test scenarios.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing on web applications.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential defects beyond defined test cases.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing after developers resolve issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Automation Testing:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Build and maintain an automation test framework suitable for the project.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Develop automated test scripts for critical regression test cases.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Design automation testing strategies and identify suitable test cases for automation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Continuously improve and expand automation test coverage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      API Testing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Test REST\/GraphQL APIs to ensure compliance with defined contracts and business logic.<\/li>\n
      • Validate API response data, status codes, and error handling.<\/li>\n
      • Verify authentication and authorization at the API level.<\/li>\n
      • Develop automated API tests to ensure the stability of backend services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Quality Management & Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Participate in sprint planning and review requirements with the development team.<\/li>\n
        • Create and manage test plans and test reports for each release or sprint.<\/li>\n
        • Manage bug tracking and appropriately classify severity and priority.<\/li>\n
        • Propose improvements to QA processes and implement best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Designers throughout the development process.<\/li>\n
          • Participate in code reviews from a testability perspective when necessary.<\/li>\n
          • Share QA knowledge with the team and support the mentoring of junior members.<\/li>\n
          • Stay updated with new testing trends and recommend suitable applications for the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications:<\/span><\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n
            • 2\u20135 years of experience in software QA\/Testing.<\/li>\n
            • Hands-on experience with both manual testing and automation testing.<\/li>\n
            • Experience in API testing (Postman or equivalent tools).<\/li>\n
            • Understanding of SDLC and Agile\/Scrum processes.<\/li>\n
            • Preferred: ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Technical Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Strong understanding of testing types: functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.<\/li>\n
              • Understanding of automation testing concepts and automation mindset; ability to quickly learn and apply new tools.<\/li>\n
              • Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or equivalent).<\/li>\n
              • Experience with API testing tools and strong understanding of REST API concepts (HTTP methods, status codes, authentication).<\/li>\n
              • Basic knowledge of SQL for data verification.<\/li>\n
              • Basic knowledge of HTML\/CSS\/JavaScript to support web testing and writing automation scripts.<\/li>\n
              • Familiarity with Git for version control.<\/li>\n
              • Preferred: Experience integrating automated tests into CI\/CD pipelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
