font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze requirements, design and refine system architecture, and drive technical decisions with a microservices mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Build and standardize shared core libraries to ensure consistency and reduce development duplication across services.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor team members, and foster technical growth.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted workflows (GitHub Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development.<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively in a cross-functional team, collaborating with product managers, designers, Front-end engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of critical backend modules and ensure their scalability, reliability, and observability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Technical Manager to design long-term architecture roadmap and tech standardization plan.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a decision-maker in choosing technologies, libraries, and system patterns for the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mentorship &amp; Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and coach developers in both technical skills and engineering mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews, technical workshops, and pair-programming sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on delivery goals.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the internal best-practice library (design patterns, coding standards, CI\/CD templates).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span class=\"rnc2Gd\">JOB REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Technical Skills:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years working with Node.js\u00a0and microservices.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement systems that can handle high volumes of data and traffic.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in system architecture design and backend performance optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, search engines, and distributed systems.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.<\/li>\n<li>Implement secure coding practices and work closely with the security team to ensure the security of the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).<\/li>\n<li>Deliver well-structured, reusable backend services within deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Improve team delivery velocity and reduce bug rate via mentorship &amp; review culture.<\/li>\n<li>Lead at least one technical initiative (e.g., architecture refactor, DevOps improvement, or AI tool integration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Mindset:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Owner ship mindset\u2014proactively solving problems and suggesting improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in AI-assisted development environments is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating third-party APIs or working in fintech \/ loyalty platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution to open-source projects or technical communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
