  • \n

    Receive and proactively advise\/introduce suitable products and services based on customer needs related to the products and services currently offered by Vietjet Air via call center, email, website, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Receive and respond to inquiries, questions, and complaints from customers regarding the use of products\/services or service quality at Vietjet Air, such as booking, seat changes, seat upgrades, ticket refunds, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Receive and fully record customer requests, then transfer them to the relevant departments\/systems for processing in accordance with regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Record customer feedback and suggestions to consolidate ideas for improving the quality of products and services at Vietjet Air.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager in accordance with the job requirements from time to time; willing to work in rotating shifts 24\/7.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

      Age: From 20 to 35 years old.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good command of spoken English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Education: Graduated from Intermediate level or higher. No experience required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good office computer skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Good communication skills; clear and standard voice (no strong regional dialect or overly casual language).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Responsible at work, diligent, eager to learn, and a good listener.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Willing to work rotating shifts 24\/7<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
